Are you aiming for October/November every year?
I know that is what we tried to work out last year then things went south
What weekend? 4-6 or 19-21 are most likely best. The 10-11 is parent teacher conferences and a 4 day weekend for my kids.

Well I’m down with whatever you guys can swing in terms of time off or away from the shop. The only request is the day we depart i would like to be on the road home early. I can do 2, or 3 full days its really up to the group what we want to do.
I think i can make the 4-6 or 19-21 option in October work, but will double check.
Can someone text or give Jeff a call to see if he wants in on this action?
I was thinking about trying to make CabinCon, a October event, I’m not opposed to November. The only reason why i moved away from it is with the holiday season starting to come upon us in November if there is any chance for CabinCon to succeed it would have to happen in the first weekend of November. Otherwise i fear the odds of it not coming together goes way up.

i’m cool with doing the 3 day thing and playing 'til midnight on Sunday - as long as we’re doing the carlyle option…
on the dates, you should check to make sure what weekend carlyle is having their bigass (and i do mean BIG ass) halloween event. the campground and cabins get MAXXED out that weekend and often the weekend before, as thousands of kids descend into the towns largest event. its a madhouse
( my lil’ bro and his inlaws are fond of camping there - dragging a cooler around as they walk with their minis thru each campsite… several of which get massively decorated for the occasion. its kinda cool, but driving/parking is a nightmare - and the roads wind up lined with vehicles for ruddy MILES ) -

For me, option 3 is best followed by option 1, then option 5.

Hmmm I am not sure yet got to talk to the wife and figure out when we are going to Cali for or Birthday yeah they are in August but fuck California in the summer time, Actually Fuck California all the time but thats where Disney Land is , And though they may be evil … they do evil right.
If we do end up doing Carlyle I may be able to get us some fresh deer meat LOL
Other wise I would be down for where ever unless I got to work -

Gaming begins Friday morning, and we check out bright and early Monday morning - for a full three days of gaming. Not everyone has to stay the full time, though definitely welcome to. If you can only make it for one of those days, let us know and we will save you a spot.
