One more time for Properity

So i believe I asked this question at a Show’me’s (two or three ago), and while i have a long sorted history playing with drunk DM’s i wanted to give you one last objection or concurrence on the following:
Last we talked it was ok to sell found magic items thru the course of normal adventuring at full market price value?
So a +3 Vorpal Longsword is technically considered a +8 weapon, and would be worth 128k gp… that would be the sell price.
Same goes for a Staff of Life - 155,750gp

You can attempt to do so. But you will have to find retail buyers. That is the rub.
