7 - Heavy Steel Shield +5 (Shield Bonus: 2, Enhancement Bonus: 5, Total 7)
5- Amulet of Natural Armor +5 (Natural Armor Bonus: 5)
5 - *Greater Dusty Rose Prism Ioun Stone +5 (+5 insight bonus) - requires modification from text book ioun stone, but within pre-epic parameters
5 - Ring of Protection +5 (+5 Deflection Bonus to AC)
5 - *Greater Boots of Haste (+5 Dodge Bonus to AC)
2 - Staff of Power, (+2 Luck AC) or other Luck related item. (luck modifier)

- Note: requires a few twiddles from your friendly neighborhood artificer, but still within the pre-epic guidelines for the item.
I’m thinking i may be able to squeeze a little more out of this rock. But that’s all for now.

This one may be a bit sketchy, the SRD says circumstances bonus don’t stack, but the feat descriptions in the product say they do. Normally feat bonuses like this are untyped, but it’s a third-party D20 product. I could see that going either way.

It is typed/named in the source, thus it does not stack. That is a core tenet of the 3.5 rule set. That overrides poor 3rd party understanding/writing.
