      Halo of Magic Mastery
      Stage: 1
Prerequisite: 10E Caster (5th level or higher)

Once put upon the wearers head the caster almost immediately enters a meditative state, for about an hour, the Halo begins to reawaken a casters magical access to spell slots that had gotten lost so many years ago. Once they awaken they gain the following abilities:

      • Awakens and grants access to all spell slots across a character’s casting classes, and ability modifier related bonus spells as normal.
      • The newly awakened spell slots create sort of a buffer for holding magical energy; Allowing a caster to configure the spells they prepare within that buffer up to the maximum allowed (sum total of all their spell slot levels). An example of this is they can take a 4th level spell slot and a 5th level spell slot and use them to cast a prepared 9th level spell.
      • Latent affect, but once the 10e caster grows beyond 18th level they get expanded ability modifiers and bonus spells beyond ninth level (present table stops at 9th level spells); See Table: Expanded Ability Modifiers and Bonus Spells

      Halo of Magic Mastery
      Stage: 2
Prerequisite: 1st Stage Completed; 10E Caster (12th level or higher)

      • Spell Buffer Storing – with in the buffer instead of storing prepared spells, a caster can store an already cast spell, and release it as a swift action.
      • Spell Stasis – spells already cast, can be reabsorbed by the PowerMaster, and put in statis for reuse, with their duration on pause. And like all precast spells in the Matrix, those spells can be re-activated as a swift action. An Example would be the powermaster cast a prismatic sphere that lasts 20 rounds, but combat only lasted 5 rounds, the powermaster can instead of just dropping the spell can choose to absorb the prismatic sphere into the matrix and put the spell in statis, preserving the remaining 15 rounds.

Stages 3-6 are written just polishing the finishing touches.
