I’m good at any level above 6th level. Just asking for purposes of character selection.

CabinCon Discussion
A couple of things, I’ve been researching options around the area for potential locations behind a possible CabinCon. First we need to work out players -
Assuming both Dwarf, and Jared are in that makes three of us - I think we need a minimum of 5, ideally 6 - 1 DM and 5 players.
Sorvani
Dwarf
Halfgiant
Jeff K. - (tentative)That leaves two spots open - (the usual suspects Erik, Mark, and Dave I don’t think will want to go). If we can muster two more players I would like to target.
(Dec 6th) Thursday - 2:00pm checkin - Evening Gaming
(Dec 7th) Friday - All Day Gaming
(Dec 8th) Saturday - All Day Gaming
(Dec 9th) Sunday - 10:00 am CheckoutIf the consensus is to shrink it by a day, we can work that as well.
Lastly, what do we think is reasonable for a cost, as it stands I have a couple options we can explore that will give everyone a bed, and two showers to share across 6 people at $100/each for the entire CabinCon. If this is to much, i can explore other options but not everyone may get a bed (and lets face it we are getting to old for sleeping on the floor).
Post your thoughts, if there are enough players and the price point isn’t to high, I can start working the reservations, and logistics.
How many beds per cabin? I just poked around on the Hazlet website. I see that the adjoining cabin with the door between comes to $300 per cabin, hence the $600 fit both and thus $100 per person.
If we only have 4, would a single non-duplex cabin work?
-
Non-duplex cabins have the same sleep quarters as a regular half-duplex. Two beds in the loft, and 1 bed on the ground floor.
So if we only have 4, then someone is without a bed.
-
@daermadm I despise it, i thought starting at 6th level was a big enough concession. I would prefer to start at 12th or higher. The minimum level keeps creeping up the older i get, by the time i’m 65 i will probably only want to play Epic level campaigns :).

ok. thanks for the clarification.I did not see that info on the website.

Poking around, the cottages that are half duplex with adjoining door: 1/2, 6/7, or 10/11
Nightly cost is $87, $92, $92 plus tax for a total of $300 per cottage.

Thats unfortunate, but Thanks for letting us know. Hope everything works out for your mother-in-law.
Jeff are you able to make it, or are you still clinging to the recent new job at the Games Workshop store? Do i need to drone the store so you can come?
