So in 3.5/d20 how i believe we used to play it was we took the highest base attack bonus, and applied it to all attacks the player had that round (unless obvious under the influence of debuffs, curses, poisons, disease, etc…) there was none of this deprecating to hit bonus with each swing.

      Is that still the case?

This would be a Daerma House Rule if true.

Example would be a Fighter at 6th level would get +6 on his first attack and +1 on his second attack. under the 3.5/d20 rules. I assume under the Daerma House Rules the Fighter would get +6 for both his attacks?

No we used the normal rules for attacks.

Attacks from Weapon Specialization were at max bonus though.

I did some more digging on this and I cannot find anything one way or another.

I distinctly recall the depreciated attacks still being applied though and will continue with that unless someone can show me some other notes from the old campaign otherwise.

But this was only for the normal full attack pattern.

Any of your extra attacks for other reasons were always at your normal BAB.

So an 11th level fighter normally gets three attacks at +11/+6/+1 to hit.

Then being hasted would grant another attack at +11.
Weapon Mastery would grant another attack at +11.
Weapon High Mastery (assuming this is available at 11th)would grant another attack at +11

So your hasted full attack pattern would be 6 attacks with 4 at +11, 1x +6, 1x +1.

Eventually you would also get Grand Mastery and another attack. I do know that the Grand Mastery chain of feats ended with 3 attacks per round and a bonus of +4 to hit and +4 damage.

I think this was the progression. I will have to dig out the MGP book to verify again.

Watch the other thread for details on that.

Alright, did a lot more digging and looked at character sheets from the previous 3.5e campaign.

In the end, we were no longer using the scaling attacks.

All attacks were simply at the full BAB. Use the scaling BAB as listed in the PHB to determine the number of attacks you get, but you only roll with the full BAB.

Rules for specialization above pertain to all classes as long as they meet the prereq’s?

Yes. These are not fighter specific.
