2E Spells

I don’t think we have ever discussed this here in the forums, i know the obelisk knows the 2e, and 1st edition versions of the spells (amongst others). Are those spells available in this version of the Daerma Multiverse?

I cannot honestly think of a reason to exclude them right now.

other than creating occasional headaches for the DM (ie spell was level X in this edition, and its Y now… used to have this effect or didn’t allow saving throws and now does, didn’t require attack rolls before, etc etc and soforth)
or you could just rule to globally shitcan dice/damage caps for the ‘classic’ combat spells and say “all spells use default 3.5 wordings unless stated and agreed on separately in the house rulez forums”
might save ya some aspirin…

For spells i may want to use, i’ll create a thread, and post the Edition version of the spell, and the conversion. That way its easy for the DM to review and edit as necessasry.
