Starting Instructions

Since we have a new player coming on board, thought it’d be a good idea to post here the instructions used to create new characters. Such as, what methods we use to determine ability scores, how many feats we get at what levels, etc.
(This is mainly because I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it in the beginning :p)

This does bring up the point that I may not want a site more than the forums anymore though.
