So years up on years ago in the Chaos inc campaign I had a character with a ring of X2 time dilation, do they still exist , how much would it cost to get one or have Kargin make one of say the X4 or larger to increase the amount of swings the frog can do.

Once into Epic (which I think is ~7k exp away) yes a X2 ring likely could be made (assuming the DM approves), as to X4 that would probably take a few more levels, and some powerful reagents to create that level of item.

Awesome … that means we are close and they do exists and I wasnt imagining or having a Mandela Effect again like the Ice battering ram
