Upgraded to v1.16.x branch (currently v1.16.0)

Going to make a new backup and then looking to move the entire thing to a new server based on Fedora 33 and PostgreSQL instead of CentOS 7 and Redis.

Upgraded to v2.6.1 this morning. Some plugins might not work, so if something seems broke, let me know.
