@halfgiant There in lies the rub … the weight may/will be an issue
Getting in should be easy I am sure with the obelisks power it could teleport me in and out or if not him him then I’m pretty sure Kargins god could ( since I would be stopping evil from having Holy items essentially)
So Plan B " Pussy Galore"
Step 1:I get popped in , I shoot a low level demon in the ass with an invisible silver arrow ( want to make sure it penetrates ) loaded with Ayla juice leaving her an easy entry into hell on this Multiverse ( they are gonna have so much fun meeting her)Step 2:Drop the spell fire bomb in the treasure room (perhaps grabbing my self a nice little bobble first depends on danger level )
Step 3: Get out of hell
Step 4: Profit
Or Plan C " Make the pussy purr"
I get popped in like above
Step 1: I place teleport beacons on your gear
Step 2: Drop the bomb ( this will happen no matter the plan cause fuck that walking Yeast Infection)
Step 3: I get pulled out
Step 4 : ???
Step 5: PROFIT

oh, getting INTO hell is never the problem - getting OUT is an unbelievable bitch, especially for an antimagical sneaky-pants.
being semidivine, the obelisk can essentially encapsulate you for a split second in a bubble of enough magic to overload your nonmagical juju and send the entire bubble to whatever # plane of the abyss - where it dissipates naturally into the hellfire and whatnot.
the hard part is when it comes time to leave - as you’ll have no way to contact him, and even if you could he can’t locate you - because you’re effectively a speck of nonmagical sand floating in an infinite ocean.
so in order to getcher self a ride out, you’d have to a) take along someone whom the obelisk COULD locate after ya call him and b) find some way of surrounding yourself in a bubble of divine-enhanced magic long enuff to get gated back out before the demons react to what’d look like the bigass flare of a demigod coming to pick a fight
as to CARRYING sir tubby’s armor and gear, if only we had a lower-dimensional entity with far too much strength that didn’t like Iooze or the Humungus Fungus Amungus…
-
hmm… now that i’m thinking ‘bout it, the solution seems rather simple tho’ i doubt Puss-In-Boots will enjoy it much - sometimes ya gotta make sacrifices for the prestige of bragging rights.
since encapsulating yourself in the OPPOSITE of divine magic would work too, you’ll just have to swipe something demonic of uber or artifact-level and let the Frog eat it and you (temporarily, of course)
ring-ring goes the batphone, then wham-bam-thankyou Godking and you’re out !! heh heh heh
we can even hire one of the local weavers to make a tapestry about it and hang it inside the Temple of Luuuuve for all to see and be inspired !
-
@dwarf Caeser says he likes this idea for two reasons
-
He wants to honor the God King Dregnoth by helping him help the less fortunate members of the party who have yet to see the light of his greatness and the power of luuuuv.
-
He really likes chinese food
-
-
@daermadm Well if we don’t like the Torment Knight, “Mother” could always send her Lust Weaver in the Knight’s Place. 6 independent hands, always a favorite in a alchemical orgy.
-
@orc @dwarf So maybe carrying my gear out of the Abyss isn’t as hard as i may have previously thought, reviewing Kargin’s character sheet a little more closely. The bulk of his wands, rods, and staffs are all stored away in 2 separate efficient quivers -
Efficient Quiver: This appears to be a typical arrow container capable of holding about twenty arrows. It has three distinct portions, each with a nondimensional space allowing it to store far more than would normally be possible. The first and smallest one can contain up to sixty objects of the same general size and shape as an arrow. The second slightly longer compartment holds up to eighteen objects of the same general size and shape as a javelin. The third and longest portion of the case contains as many as six objects of the same general size and shape as a bow (spears, staffs, or the like). Once the owner has filled it, the quiver can produce any item she wishes, as if from a regular quiver or scabbard. The efficient quiver weighs the same no matter what’s placed inside it.
Moderate conjuration; CL 9th; Craft Wondrous Item, secret chest; Price 1,800 gp; Weight 2 lb.
2 quivers (2lbs each)
Next, you would need to grab a very specific magic rod, its called the Rod of Arming:
Rod of Arming
This adamantine rod allows the wielder to store a complete set of battle regalia and recall it with a moment’s notice. When fully armed and armored, the bearer of this rod can instantly remove her armor and weapons, storing them magically within the rod. Anytime thereafter, the bearer can use the power of the rod to put on her armor and wield her weapons instantaneously. If the bearer is wearing armor or weapons when she calls armor back from the rod, then that armor or weapons are swapped with those within the rod. Using the rod to store or retrieve armor and weapons is a standard action.Moderate transmutation; CL 10th; Craft Rod, shrink item; Price 15,000 gp.
Source: Heroes of BattleThis will allow Kargin to summon the rest of his stuff (mostly anyway) to him, assuming he is on the same plane as those items.
@daermadm Now when i made the Rod of Arming i interpreted ‘battle regalia’ as being all of a characters slotted items. After giving it another passing read, the specific examples in the description read toward armor and weapons, not rings, vests, shoulders, etc… So I would leave that ruling up to you, a CL10/15k gp item (the Rod in this case), would/could be easily upgraded to work as interpreted, but i leave that to his DM’ness.
Lastly, you would need to grab the portable mansion.
In total 2 Quivers, a Rod, and a Portable Mansion, as far as Adventuring gear that would cover the 90%, the remaining 10% would be several misc gems, potions, scrolls that would fall outside of that range, that all could be easily replaced.
-
@halfgiant it will depend on the timing. There are two conflicting points in that description.

Instant implies swift or free action (I will rule this as swift), but then it states a standard action.
Because you were fully armed and armored when you blew Dregnoth’s wad and sucked into the Abyss, an occurrence you were in no way prepared for, I would easily give you a swift action to stow your shit. I think I could even give you the standard action. You are only facing
Zuggtmoy. Compared to the beings you could have been sucked in to face, this is on the lower end of the power scale. But would you have disarmed? This item lets you stow your gear and you can only summon it if it was stowed. So acquiring the rod may or may not mean you get your shit back.

I reading this over, I would interpret this as arms and armor, not every slot.
Quivers (loaded with arrows or 5 million wands) would count as arms and armor.
I think we will have to rule it out to specific slots, of which I will have to think about some.

I would have to listen to the audio again, Kargin is fully aware of how difficult it is to get out of the Abyss, and being forcefully summoned or pulled to a Demon Lord, with only him and Ceasar being there… the odds of fighting your way out of that or very extremely remote, once Kargin came to that realization he would of stowed his gear.

I will not argue this thought process. Maybe I can play back the recording while doing some router programming Tuesday

** Dregs smirks and offers Kargin one of his patented Shaving Razors of Sharpness **
“Might wanna use that… so when Damar realizes you’ve lost the Axe in the abyss, he won’t be able to tear your beard off - and it might grow back one day. Something tells me when a dwarven deity rips off your beard, it doesn’t regrow. Jus’ sayin…”
-
I’m not sure i follow you Dregs?, why would i be carrying the Axe of the Dwarvish Lords into the Abyss? That Axe is buried beneath the Elemental Forge locked in Kargins Ancient Shop, back in V’Ral not to see the light of day until after the Ancient Transformation Process has been completed.
Since the ‘offending door’ of the Dwarven Mountain suffered Dregnoth’s wrath for its heresy and ALL that sexy manacite went kaboom, Kargin had thought it best for it to stay locked and hidden away for the time being until after the transformation.
And it would give him ample time during his downtime days and between adventures that when he was in V’Ral he would have time to study the Axe so he would have every detail about the axe burned into his alcoholic laden brain for when the Ancient process begins.
-
“I thought you kept it in your mansion… Under the forge, you say ?? Exxxxcellent…”
** Dregs pats Kargi on the head like a doting old grandfather **
“Have fun storming the Abyssal Castle ! Don’t forget your Holocaust Cloak !”

we can even hire one of the local weavers to make a tapestry about it and hang it inside the Temple of Luuuuve for all to see and be inspired !So is this simply we have the obelisk -
(1) Beam Mr. Kitty and Kargin in as close to the target as possible
(2a) ‘Puss and Boots’ sneaks in and does his thing
(2b) Kargin being largely useless at this point holds the artifact, hides, and simply trys to stay alive.
(3) ‘Puss and Boots’ grabs what he can (the rod, mansion, a few rings, Slaad’s swords, etc…) returns back to god knows were ever Kargin trys to hide
(4) Kargin summons the remainder of his gear to him (assuming Mr. Kitty retrieved the Rod)
(5) Signal the Obelisk, using an artifact that we carry with us that the obelisk can lock on to to beam us both out with.I assume that is the gist?
Do we both need an artifact or will one suffice? Can the artifact be a minor one? -

“Have fun storming the Abyssal Castle ! Don’t forget your Holocaust Cloak !”Well, based upon our commune with Damar in V’Ral, the Axe had to be moved, and since i forgot Ceasar can’t be trusted not to blab the location to his God-King, the Sandwich lady down the street, or with Barb at Hot Yoga, I had to move the axe a third time. Now the Axe is in a new location, and its location is sufficiently encrypted from even Kargin, only to be unlocked when he is ready to undergo the Ancient Transformation.

@halfgiant Barb at Hot Yoga is a SAINT !! she has really helped my find my center and core strength , Plus she has hired me to help with vision quest, I mean its a little weird that Hippies lick me then go sit naked in the woods, but hey who am I to judge.

So that is where you got the money for the Angel bombs.
