5e to 3.5 Conversion
-
So in 5e game i have ~111,800 exp, in 3.5 conversion i would like to go cleric/artificer. If i distribute my exp by 3.5 tables a 12th level character is 66k, and a 11th level character is 55k, I would like to duel class to a (almost) 12(cleric)/11(artificer). I can post the artificer class specifics a little later. Are you ok with that? or do you wish a direct 12th for 12th port over.
Also i don’t recall you answering the 10e (dwarf) Fighter variant question is that on the table?

Ok i was going to load the class writeup for the artificer, but sadly i do not have the privileges to do so.

For prosperity, i assume concentration has been gutted in this set of House Rules 3.5?
The 3.5 concentration rules should be in effect. I do not recall seriously changing those in any way in the old campaign.
Damage in combat while casting and oyu make a spellcraft/religion check, etc.

Allowed. Please don’t beat me over the head with it for a few games…

When can we expect to see the 3.5 character sheets loaded int he Daerma campaign on roll20?

Is there a starting ‘shadow exp’ reserve that we are going to work with?

Official Character conversion methodology.
You will convert your character directly to 3.5 as a 13th level character with 78,000xp.
If you wish to multi-class, your second and/or third class will start at 5th level with 10,000xp.
If you wish, you may drop your primary class by up to 3 levels and use the XP difference towards your other class(es).
- If you drop to 12th, you gain 12,000xp to add to your other class(es).
- Example: you could be a 12 fighter / 7 wizard
- Example: you could be a 12 fighter / 6 wizard / 6 thief
- If you drop to 11th, you gain 23,000xp to add to your other class(es).
- Example: you could be an 11 fighter / 9 wizard
- Example: you could be an 11 fighter / 7 wizard / 7 thief
- If you drop to 10th, you gain 33,000xp to add to your other class(es).
- Example: you could be a 10 fighter / 9 wizard (barely shy of 10 wizard)
- Example: you could be a 10 fighter / 8 wizard / 7 thief
You all can do math.
- If you drop to 12th, you gain 12,000xp to add to your other class(es).

This applies only to base classes, not prestige classes…
